Houston Vibrator announces expansion, doubling size & capacity

Houston, Texas – October 31, 2011 – Today, Houston Vibrator announced that they have finalized plans to acquire a second building directly adjacent to their Houston, Texas facility. The addition of the second building doubles the size of their production, warehouse, and office space.

Houston Vibrator is a Texas-based manufacturer and distributor of pneumatic and electric industrial vibrators, serving the material handling, construction, manufacturing industries. Owners report that demand for the company’s industrial vibrators and related vibratory equipment has risen steadily in the past several years, and say that the expansion will allow for streamlined production processes, increased stock levels, and additional staff to better serve Houston Vibrator customers worldwide.

The company plans to take possession of the new building on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, and will begin their expansion project to be completed by mid-December.

Adrienne Lash, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, stated that the company had been looking to expand for several years in response to higher demand for their products. “This building became available to us at just the right time. We have been looking for a suitable space to house our growing company for several years, and because this space is right next door to our existing location, we’re able to smoothly transition into the new space without any interruption in production or service to our clients, and without the high costs usually associated with relocating an operation like ours.”

Courtaney Lash, Vice President of Operations, adds that “by doubling the space available for production, stock, and staff, we’ll be able to improve our production workflows and continue to provide our customers with great products and service. We’re excited about this expansion. It’s been in the works for quite a while, and it’s great news for our company and our customers.”

The warehouse portion of the new building will house finished stock, and electrical assembly areas, as well as an expanded shipping department. The new offices will be occupied by Vice Presidents Adrienne Lash and Courtaney Lash, as well as long-time shipping department employee, Sharon Booker.

Business contact information will remain unchanged.
